Your information, your choice

Last updated: 11 July 2026
Our approach in plain language: we don't collect personal information about you just for visiting our website. Nothing is stored unless you choose to give it to us — by sending a message, starting a chat, or filling in a form. That choice, and the control that comes with it, sits at the heart of how we work — the same way it sits at the heart of the NDIS.

What we don't do

What is collected, and when

Some information is only collected if you actively choose to provide it:

Contact form & Refer a Client form

Opens a pre-filled email in your own email app. Nothing is transmitted or stored until you personally press send. You control exactly what's included.

Feedback & Complaints form

Name and email are optional — you can submit feedback anonymously if you prefer. Same as above: nothing is sent unless you choose to.

Live chat (Tawk.to)

Our website uses Tawk.to to offer live chat. Before any chat script or cookie loads, you'll see a banner asking you to accept or decline — this applies to every visitor, not just those in certain countries. If you decline, Tawk.to never loads and no cookie is set. Your choice is remembered only on your own device (using your browser's local storage) so you're not asked again on your next visit — we never see or store that choice ourselves. If you accept and choose to chat with us, your messages and basic technical details (like IP address) are processed by Tawk.to, a third-party service based in the United States, in order to deliver the conversation to us. We recommend not sharing sensitive health or personal details in the chat window — reach out by phone or email instead for anything sensitive, or ask us to call you back.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies of its own, and doesn't collect any tracking data by default. The only cookies that may be set come from the Tawk.to chat widget, and only after you've accepted the banner on-screen. Your accept/decline choice is stored only in your own browser's local storage — it stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

Your choice and control

In line with NDIS principles, you decide what you share and when:

How we protect information you do share

Once you've sent us a message, email, or feedback, it's handled the same way any NDIS provider handles participant information — confidentially, in line with the NDIS Code of Conduct and the Australian Privacy Principles, and only used to respond to you or deliver your supports.
