A planned break so the people who support you can recharge.

You want to build independence

Trying time away from home, with support, at your own pace.

You'd like to meet people

Spend time with others and try activities you enjoy.

What we do

Planned around you

  • Plan the stay ahead of time: where, when, how long and what you'll do.
  • Match the support to your needs, as set out in your plan.
  • Go through exactly what's included before you book.
  • Make sure your routines, health needs and preferences are known and respected.
  • Check in afterwards: what worked, and what you'd like next time.
