Who it's for

When your plan feels like a puzzle

Support Coordination is funded in an NDIS plan to help you use your plan well and build your own skills over time. People often come to us when:

You've just got a new plan

You're not sure what's funded, what the budgets mean, or where to start.

You can't find the right providers

Waitlists, phone tag and services that don't suit you or your culture.

Funding is sitting unused

Your plan is running out of time and the supports you need still aren't in place.

Your plan is up for review

You need clear evidence of what's worked and what you still need.

Lots of services, not joined up

Several providers involved, and you're the one holding it all together.

Language matters

You'd like support in Turkish, or in plain English without the jargon.
